Copyright is a type of intellectual property law that protects original works of authorship from unauthorized use. Copyright is very important on the web because it keeps someone from copying someone else’s work. For my website I chose the original copyright, “all rights deserved” because I want to obtain all legal rights to my work.
Ethical importance of Copyright
Making sure you use others worth ethically is very important. In fact, lots of people get in trouble for using others work as their own. It is important to give credit to those who did the work and to recognize them if speaking, writing, or referencing someone else’s work. Here is a reference on making sure you’re using others work ethically. The two pictures I chose bellow are from the website Pixabay. I chose them because I love dogs and lacrosse. I got them from a copyright-free website.
